Krótki opis:

Projekt: „Praca przymusowa: opracowanie wystawy i materiałów edukacyjnych dla szkół” zrzesza 8 organizacji – szkoły, muzeum oraz instytucje miejskie i powiatowe z Austrii, Włoch oraz Polski i ma za zadanie opracowanie wystawy objazdowej i  materiałów pedagogicznych.

W ten sposób projekt zaspokajają europejską potrzebę zwiększenia poziomu nauczania na temat byłych obozów koncentracyjnych, Holokaustu i ich związków ze współczesnością, a także oferują w tym zakresie dalsze możliwości rozwoju. Wystawa objazdowa jest mobilna, dzięki czemu może dotrzeć do wielu osób.

1 objazdowa wystawa poświęcona pracy przymusowej, która dotyczy pracy przymusowej „Bergkristall” w Austrii, deportacji z Empoli we Włoszech i nazistowskich obozów w tym obozu zagłady w Sobiborze w Polsce, a także przykłady łamania praw człowieka we współczesności. Przygotowana jest wystawa zawierać będzie 21 rollupów w językach niemieckim, angielskim, włoskim i polskim.

2 poradnik pedagogiczny - koncepcja przygotowania nauczycieli do korzystania z wystawy

3 broszura o wystawie /arkusze ćwiczeń dla uczniów/ filmy edukacyjne

Inne rezultaty to spotkanie historyczne i wymiana doświadczeń pedagogicznych, w których weźmie udział ok. 16 uczestników z Polski, Austrii i Włoch, a także trzy międzynarodowe spotkania koordynujące, określające wytyczne i działania w sprawie ww. rezultatów.

Project title: Forced work: Development of an exhibition and materials for schools

The Project runs 36 months starting on November 1^st 2021 and finishing on October 31^st 2024

Short description:

The forced labor project: Development of a travelling exhibition and educational materials for schools are bringing together 8 organisations - schools, a museum and remembranceinitiatives and municipal institutions from Austria, Italy and Poland and they are developing a travelling exhibition including educational materials.

In doing this, they meet the European need for more students to want to deal with the topic of the former concentration camp systems, the Holocaust and its relation to the present, andoffer further possibilities for this. A travelling exhibition is very easy and mobile and can reach many people as a result.

The heart of the project is the intellectual output O1: travelling exhibition on forced labor, which is dedicated to the topic of forced labor in the tunnel System "Bergkristall" in Austria, thedeportation from Empoli in Italy and the Nazi-Camps, Sobibor extermination camp in Poland and an example of today. There is developed an Exhibition with 21 rollups in thelanguages German, English, Italian and Polish.

As accompanying intellectual outputs are developed and produced: O2 pedagogical guide a concept for preparing teachers for the use of the exhibition and O3: brochure on theexhibition / worksheets for students / Learning videos.

As a basis for the development of intellectual outputs, the learning activity C3 Forced Labor: historical findings and pedagogical experiences with 16 participants takes place, in whichthe milestones are defined. The 3 transnational meetings coordinate the process, define the guidelines and round off the activities developed.

In the learning activity C1: Training for the testing of the travelling exhibition and the pedagogical materials, educators of the partner organizations are given the opportunity to testthe materials, they give the appropriate feedback.

Aims:

In order to counteract the growing right-wing populism in the European countries, the aim is to work with students to re-examine facts and data from the Nazi past and to place them inthe context of current trends. Teacher get an exhibition and pedagogical material for this work.
